Having established a firm reputation in India's PVC & Cable Industry, it was only natural for us to look at future value-added product extensions.

Cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) is a thermosetting compound. It softens at the crytaline melting point of polyethylene (85°C to 115°C) and assumes an elastic rubber like consistency, a property that it retains during further rise of temperature.

All this strengthens XLPE cables against stress cracking and gives them a greater resistance to fight ageing in hot air. Low voltage XLPE Insulated Cable offered by us are manufactured with handle & care. The higher current rating permits to select lower size of XLPE cable compared to PVC cable.

Other features include:

                Higher short-circuit rating.
                Low dielectric loss.
                Lighter weight.

Conductors are insulated with cross link poly ethylene (XLPE) by extrusion process, construction for conductor, core identification, etc. Inner sheath, armour and outer sheath are same as per PVC cables.

Wire Construction:

Conductor : Electrolytic grade aluminium/copper.

Insulation : High grade cross-linked polyethylene.

Inner Sheath : Cores are bedded over with thermoplastic material for protection.

Armouring : Armouring is provided over the inner sheath.
