We produce high temperature single core unsheathed copper cables for voltages up to 1100 v ac. For the high temperature single core cable, many thin strands of electrolytic copper are fine-drawn simultaneously for uniformity of resistance, dimension, flexibility etc. These drawn strands are collected and closely twisted in high precision machines and further compacted.

This process not only provides circularity to the bunched conductor but also checks the tendency for the strands to separate and exert internal pressure on the insulation when the high temperature single core cable is bent during installation and usage. The insulation of the cable is specially formulated grade of pvc compound, capable of surviving higher conductor temperatures.

Its insulation is resistant to boiling water, steam and vapours to check aging and cracking in practical usage in kitchens, bathrooms, damp walls, chemical industries etc.
